Juno Journey is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of our learning and talent management platforms. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a young startup leading in design and user experience and to influence our brand and marketing identity as we grow and evolve to our next phase. As a key member of our product team, you will:

• Have oversight and guidance of our product assent across various platforms and segments (UX/UI, Product (Web & Mobile)
• Drive the visual design of our web applications, ensuring a best-in-class user experience
• Work closely with product management, engineering, and UX research to design intuitive, functional, and beautiful experiences
• Create wireframes, prototypes, specifications, and visual design assets based on user research and product goals.
• Stay on top of the latest design trends and technologies to continually improve and innovate our products.
• Collaborate with other designers and provide design feedback across the organization.
• Guide / Lead 1-2 junior designers across Marketing and Product Design for streamlined prioritization and execution of our product. Note: this is a hands-on role with an opportunity to lead directalnyly agencies and external freelancesrs

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience designing Web and SaaS applications
• Expertise in designing highly visual and intuitive consumer-grade experiences
• Experience designing complex systems from scratch (software projects experience included)
• Proven success in translating business requirements into pixel-perfect designs
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to present designs clearly
• Expert knowledge of design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC
• BS in Design, HCI, or a related field
