Account Executive
We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our B2B sales team. This person should be a closer, a master of relationship-building, and a strategic thinker with a relentless drive to win.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Willingness to work two days a week during U.S. business hours
- Experience working with Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
- Previous experience in SaaS sales is highly advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (native level or equivalent). Knowledge of Hebrew or additional languages is a plus.
- Experience working in a start-up environment.
- Proven track record selling to HR departments, ideally targeting the USA and Canada.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining high integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the acquisition of new prospects, managing the entire sales lifecycle from demo to negotiation and closure.
- Master Juno Journey’s value proposition and unique value proposition (UVP), effectively addressing prospects' key questions, needs, and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, to align efforts and drive success.
- Partner with Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM.
- Consistently deliver on proof-of-concept (POC) milestones and ARR revenue targets through a metrics-driven approach.
